This position is
the individual in charge of leading the Market Center to maximum profitability.
The ability to recruit and train is extremely important in this position.
The Market Center
Team Leader is in charge of recruiting the Sales Associate, developing
the attitude of the Sales Associate, and making sure the Sales Associate
gets involved at some level in the company, so they truly become a part
of the team. The attitude within the center will be "positive,
upbeat, win-win, helpful, professional and interdependent". The
Team Leader must be positive and expect it from others.
The key is to love
your people and truly want to help them with their careers!
